* Shri Krishna Temple

    This is a must see temple of Lord Sri Krishna. Architecture of this temple is based on famous 'Guruvayur' temple of Kerala(South India). Different scenes from Krishna's life and 'Maha-Bharata' has been carved on internal walls of this temple. Internal place called 'Garbh-gruha' where idol is placed, is lighted by just diya's and no electrical lights.

 

* Bhakti Shakti Garden

    This small garden has a huge sculpture depicting meeting of the great maratha king 'Shivaji' and the great saint 'Tukaram'. There are around 8-10 statues in this group sculpture contaning few followers of Saint Tukaram and some soldiers of Shivaji, the great. Garden is open early morning and in evenings. Attractive light arrangement adds to the elegance of the sculpture on evenings. In the festival of Diwali, this garden is also lit up using thousands of small candle "Diya's" to celebrate the festival of lights.

    One can enjoy here 'Horse Ride', 'Camel Ride', 'Buggy Ride'. For your little ones there are small sized, battery operated cars and bikes.


* Bhel Chowk

    Bhel chowk is a square due to intersection of pradhikaran 4-lane road and a road from Nigdi. This is also a place full of chat sellers at evenings thus becoming a chill out place for teens and youth.



* Durga Devi Udyaan (Indira Gandhi Park)

    This park is jewel in crown of Nigdi. Its located on a hill and is full of trees. There is also a lake over here. From this park, one can see bird's view of Pimpri-Chinchwad area. Really a good place to be along with your loved one.


* Appu Ghar

    This is an excellent amuse park situated at the entrance of the "Indira Gandhi Park". There are lots of attractions for little ones here like Dashing cars, mery-go-round, toy-train, columbus etc.


* Walchand Kothadia Art Gallary

    This art gallary has permanent display of rare work of late Shri Walchand Kothadia. For those who are interested in exhibiting their art, exhibition hall is also available for them.
